Mastercard x Club Sim Monthly Plan Offer Terms & Conditions

1. The Mastercard x Club Sim Monthly Plan Offer is available from April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022 (both dates inclusive)(“Promotion Period”).
2. This promotion is applicable to Club Sim 42Mbps Monthly Plan users (“Eligible Customers”). Eligible Customers are required to register as Club Sim users and purchase a designated monthly plan (ie HK$58/$88/$128) via Club Sim’s website or app, enter the “Mastercard90” promo code, pay by Mastercard issued in Hong Kong (“Eligible Card”) and enable the auto-renew function in order to qualify for up to HK$90 discount and 9GB of local data (“This Promotion”).
3. Eligible Customers porting-in a mobile number to Club Sim via the Club Sim app within the Promotion Period can utilize This Promotion after subscribing to the monthly plan the next month, entering the “Mastercard90” promo code, paying by Mastercard issued in Hong Kong and enabling the auto-renew function.
4. Rewards in This Promotion include: (i) HK$45 off the first month, (ii) An extra 3GB of local data each month for the second to fourth months, (iii) HK$45 off the fifth month. Local data will be given to customers within seven working days of every monthly auto-renew payment.
5. This Promotion involves 12 cycles and makes 1,400 units available per month. Availability will be reset on the first day of each calendar month, and units will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis during the Promotion Period. Availability of units is subject to notices posted at Club Sim’s website.
6. Each mobile number registered with Club Sim can utilize This Promotion one time only.
7. Customer is not eligible for This Promotion if the “Auto-Renew” button is disabled or switched off before the next month’s subscription is renewed.
8. If customer terminates mobile service during the first four months of subscription, the offer will immediately become invalid and unavailable to the customer.
9. Rewards of 3GB of local data remain valid for 30 days starting from the “auto-renewal” date.

11. CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right to vary or cancel This Promotion and/or amend or alter these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.

Monthly Pack Terms & Conditions

1. This Monthly Pack is provided by CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”). By downloading, installing, subscribing to and/or accessing the Monthly Pack, you are deemed to have agreed to be bound by “Club Sim General Terms & Conditions” (please see: www.clubsim.com.hk), as well as these Terms & Conditions.
2. Fees payable in respect of this Monthly Pack are subject to change periodically, and you will be charged the fee prevailing at the time of subscribing.
3. The Monthly Pack includes local data usage, unlimited local voice calling and value-added services such as call forwarding, call hold, conference calling, caller ID, call waiting and SMS.
4. Local mobile voice and data entitlement provided by your Monthly Pack is for use in Hong Kong only. Local data speed is capped at 42Mbps (please refer to the Terms & Conditions for details of different packages). When mobile data used in a particular month reaches the Monthly Pack’s data entitlement limit, you can continue to use the service, but your network specification will be lowered to 128kbps. Actual speed experienced will be considerably less than the network specifications suggest and may be affected by Internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors.
5. If Monthly Pack and Data Pack are used in parallel, the Monthly Pack’s entitlement will be consumed when the Data Pack’s entitlement runs out.
6. The Monthly Pack’s validation period is one month from the date of subscription. Any unused voice and data entitlement will be forfeited when the validation period ends.
7. If the Monthly Pack’s “auto-renewal” function is activated, the Monthly Call Pack will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis, following expiry of the validation period and until you terminate the “auto-renewal” function. The monthly charge payable will be automatically paid by your designated credit card.
8. The Monthly Pack includes a monthly entitlement of HK$3 for local SMS. SMS sent within Hong Kong to customers of 1O1O, csl, Club Sim and SUN Mobile are regarded as intra-network SMS, whereas SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of other Hong Kong networks are regarded as inter-network SMS. Each intra-network SMS is charged at HK$0.3. Each inter-network SMS is charged at HK$0.6. Each SMS is limited to 160 English or 70 non-English characters including spaces and punctuation. If an SMS contains both English and non-English characters, the SMS is limited to 70 characters. If your SMS exceeds this limitation, it will be transmitted in multiple SMS and each will be charged for. If the monthly entitlement of HK$3 is used up, sending of local SMS will be suspended until the next Monthly Pack starts. Unused entitlement cannot be carried forward to the next billing month and will be forfeited at the end of the Monthly Pack.
9. You shall be bound by additional Terms & Conditions promulgated by us in relation to the Monthly Pack. We may amend provisions contained by these “Monthly Pack Terms & Conditions” and “Club Sim General Terms & Conditions” at any time by publishing an updated version at any Club Sim or its affiliate’s website or mobile app. By continuing to use the Monthly Pack, you will be deemed to accept the updated “Monthly Pack Terms & Conditions” and/or the “Club Sim General Terms & Conditions” and be bound by them. In the event of dispute concerning the Monthly Pack, we reserve the right of final and binding determination.

 

DIY Mobile Number Portability service Terms & Conditions

• The mobile number portability offer of 5GB local data pack (valid for 90 days) will be effective on the port-in date automatically. Monthly Pack’s entitlement will start to be consumed once the Data Pack’s entitlement runs out.

 

Mastercard x Club Sim data roaming offer Terms & Conditions

1. The Mastercard x Club Sim Data roaming offer is available from April 1, 2021 until March 31, 2022 (both dates inclusive)(“Promotion Period”).
2. This promotion is applicable to Club Sim users (“Eligible Customers”). Eligible Customers can get HK$20 off a designated data roaming day pass (including the data roaming day pass and seven-day Happy Travel APAC Package) by making a single transaction of HK$60 or more via the Club Sim website or Club Sim app. You must enter the “Mastercard20” promo code and pay by Mastercard issued in Hong Kong (“Eligible Card”) (“This Promotion”).
3. This Promotion involves a total of 12 cycles and will make 1,500 units available each month. Availability will be reset on the first day of each calendar month, and units will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis during the Promotion Period. Availability subject to notices posted at the Club Sim website.
4. The data roaming day pass remains valid for 90 days from the day of purchase. You can check the validity via the Club Sim app: “Personal profile” > “My Service Pack” > “data roaming day pass”.
5. Only one promo code can be used for each transaction.
6. This Promotion is not transferable and cannot be redeemed nor exchanged for cash, other products or discounts.

Travel Pack – Data Roaming Day Pass Terms & Conditions

1. This Data Roaming Day Pass (“Day Pass”) is provided by Club Services (HKT) Limited and subject to Club Sim General Terms & Conditions (please see: clubsim.com.hk).
2. The fee for this Day Pass is subject to change periodically and you will be charged the prevailing fee at the time of subscribing.
3. This Day Pass supports only data roaming service and not other mobile services including but not limited to international SMS or roaming voice services.
4. The roaming destinations applicable to this Day Pass are divided into Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D. A Day Pass subscribed to in respect of one zone will be applicable to all destinations within that zone. Applicable roaming destinations will be updated periodically without notice. Please see the Club Sim website (clubsim.com.hk) for details.
5. Your Day Pass will be automatically activated when you arive at an applicable destination and will remain valid for 24 hours after activation. Charges are calculated per one day per each applicable destination. “One day” means 24 hours from activation of your Day Pass. If you visit two applicable destinations within 24 hours, two days’ charges will be deducted accordingly.
6. If a customer has additional 24-hour Data Pass entitlement, the one with the soonest validity end date will take priority when data roaming usage is deducted.
7. This Day Pass is valid for 90 days from the day of activation. If you do not activate your Day Pass within that 90-day validity period, unused data entitlement will be forfeited and you will not be compensated in any way.
8. When your data roaming usage reaches 500MB, data transmission speed will be capped at 256kbps for that day. Actual speed and usage experience depends on applicable roaming networks.
9. This Day Pass does not support VoIP, BitTorrent, peer-to-peer file sharing (such as FTP file sharing and webcam applications) or peer casting-type applications (such as PPLive and PPStream).
10. We may amend provisions of this Travel Pack – Data Roaming Day Pass Terms & Conditions at any time by publishing an updated version at a Club Sim website or mobile app. By continuing to use Day Pass, you will be deemed to accept the updated Travel Pack – Data Roaming Day Pass Terms & Conditions and be bound by them.
