Now E – After Hours Terms & Conditions

1. “Now E – After Hours (“The Pack”)” is an Entertainment Pack service from Club Sim provided by CSL Mobile Limited. The service/application (“Service”) and its content are supplied by other service providers. By downloading, installing, subscribing to and/or accessing the Pack and the Service (via the relevant application and website), you agree to be bound by all Terms & Conditions applicable to the Pack and Service, including these Now E – After Hours (“The Pack”) Terms & Conditions, the Club Sim General Terms & Conditions (please see: www.clubsim.com.hk ) and other relevant Terms & Conditions governing the service and relevant application and website provided by PCCW Media Limited and/or its affiliates (collectively “PCCW Media Group”) .
2. In order to use the Now E promotion code, please download the Club Sim and Now E mobile application (the “Application”) to your mobile phone or tablet, or visit Now E’s website at www.nowe.com (the “Website”) to register for a Now E account, then enter your promotion code. You must be at least 18 years old to register for a Now E account and must have read and accepted the Now E Terms & Conditions (https://www.nowe.com/tnc/service ). You must provide proof of age to confirm you are at least 18 years old to purchase the Now E – After Hours Pack. The age verification process will complete within two to three working days. The Application and Website can only be used on smartphones (iOS version 11 or newer, Android version 8 or newer), tablets (iOS version 11 or newer, Android version 8 or newer), or personal computers (web browser: Chrome, Safari and Firefox). Please refer to www.nowe.com  for the latest device requirements.
3. Content made available or appearing on the Service Website (the “Content”) is restricted to viewers aged 18 or more years and contains adult elements, strong sexuality and disturbing materials, and is subject to regulation by Hong Kong laws, including the Control of Obscene and Indecent Articles Ordinance (Cap. 390). In this regard, PCCW Media Limited (“PCCW”) will provide you with a Mature Content Lock PIN (“PIN”) to, among other things, access such Content. PCCW will not be responsible for any uses of the PIN provided to you to access and view the Content and/or the Service Website. You are responsible for checking the identity and/or age of any person who wishes or intends to view any such Content before you permit that person to view such Content and for generally ensuring that minors do not access such Content using your login details, PIN and/or password.
4. You must redeem the promotion code within 30 days after activating it, failing which it will expire. You can watch Now E – After Hours content within 30 days of the promotion code being activated.
5. Each promotion code can be redeemed one time only and will be displayed on your Club SIM webpage for one month. Any charge for Club SIM local data will be waived within 30 days of your purchase of this voucher, when watching content via use of The Pack.
6. When the total local data usage in any one month for this Pack, plus all other service packs under your Entertainment Pack, reaches 100GB, you can continue to use mobile data service without speed limitations. However, you will be allocated less network resource, subject to prevailing network conditions, which means your service experience may be affected.
7. The Pack’s content shall be provided by a third-party supplier (Afterhrs.hk), which offers online adult videos and other content for viewers over the age of 18 years old. By using the Service Pack, whether you accept the statement or not, you will be deemed to having agreed with the Terms & conditions governing use of the website.
8. Now E, the Application, Website and Service Website are provided by PCCW, while the Now E content and the Service Website are provided by PCCW and/or its licensors. Use of Now E, the Application, Website and Service Website is subject to the Terms & Conditions as dictated by Now E and Terms & Conditions as dictated by AFTERHRS.HK (available for viewing at https://www.nowe.com/tnc/service and https://www.afterhrs.hk/settings/sntermsnconditions ) respectively.
9. The Pack and Service can be used only in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Content is for your private use and must not be shown or exhibited for any public or commercial purpose.
10. Service quality depends on the quality of the signal received, Internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, and device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors. We are not responsible or liable for the quality, nature, accuracy and usefulness of the content of the Service in any way.
11. You shall not, nor permit any other person, to sell, reproduce, copy, distribute, broadcast, transmit, re-transmit, modify or exploit the Pack or Service, or any content thereunder by any means, nor reverse engineer any content consisting of downloadable software.
12. You shall be bound by such additional Terms & Conditions promulgated by CSL Mobile Limited or PCCW Media Limited. We and PCCW Media Limited may amend any provisions applicable to the Pack at any time by publishing an updated version of the relevant provisions on any Club SIM or Now E website and/or the Now E mobile app. By continuing to use the Pack, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated provisions, and agree to be bound by them. 13. The English version of these Terms & Conditions shall prevail over the Chinese version, which is provided for information purposes only.
14. In the event of dispute, decisions made by CSL Mobile Limited and PCCW Media Limited shall be final and binding.
