《BFB - Game Pack Terms and Conditions》

1. BFB - Game Pack (“this Game Pack”) is one of the service packs under the Game Pack available on Club SIM, a service provided by us, Club Services (HKT) Limited. The game under this Game Pack is provided by third party service provider. By downloading, installing, subscribing to and/or accessing this Game Pack, you agree to be bound by these “BFB - Game Pack Terms and Conditions”, the “Club SIM General Terms and Conditions” (please see: www.clubsim.com.hk) and the terms and conditions of any third party and suppliers.

2. To use this Game Pack, you must download the Club SIM and BFB applications onto your mobile phones or tablet devices. Those applications may only be used on certain models of mobile phones and tablet devices. Before you use this Game Pack, please check and ensure that your device connected to this Game Pack is compatible.

3. The validity period of this Game Pack is one month from the date of your initial activation or subsequent subscription (as the case may be).

4. If the auto-renewal function under this Game Pack on your device is activated, this Game Pack will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis until you terminate the auto-renewal function. The monthly charge payable will be automatically paid via your designated credit card.

5. When the total local data usage in any one month for this Game Pack plus any other service packs under your Club SIM Game Pack reaches 30GB, you can continue to use the mobile data service without speed throttling. However, you will be allocated with less network resources for access subject to the prevailing network conditions and your service experiences may be affected.

6. You are entitled to redeem one Club SIM BFB Gift Pack per month during the validity of this Game Pack, while stocks last.

7. You shall be bound by such additional terms and conditions promulgated by CSL Mobile Limited or the third party service provider of the game under this Game Pack. We and/or such third party service provider may amend any provisions of these “BFB Game Pack Terms and Conditions”, the “Club SIM General Terms and Conditions” and/or such additional terms and conditions promulgated the third party service provider at any time by publishing an updated version on any Club SIM’s or such third party service provider’s websites or mobile app. By continuing to use this Game Pack, you will be deemed to accept the updated “BFB Game Pack Terms and Conditions”, “Club SIM General Terms and Conditions” and/or additional terms and conditions promulgated the third party service provider, and be bound by them.
