General Terms and Conditions

《MOOV Pack Terms and Conditions》

  1. This MOOV Pack is one of the service packs under the Entertainment Pack available on Club Sim, a service provided by us, CSL Mobile Limited. The MOOV service / application (“MOOV Service”) under this MOOV Pack is provided by Moov (Hong Kong) Limited (“MOOV HK”). By downloading, installing, subscribing to and/or accessing the MOOV Pack and MOOV Service, you agree to be bound by the Club Sim General Terms and Conditions (please see: www.clubsim.com.hk) and the terms and conditions of any third party and suppliers, including the MOOV Terms and Conditions for the MOOV Service (please see: https://general.moov.hk/tnc/apptnc.html).
  2. To use this MOOV Pack, you must download the Club Sim and MOOV application onto your mobile phones or tablet devices. Those applications may only be used on certain models of mobile phones and tablet devices. Before you use this MOOV Pack, please check and ensure that your device connected to this MOOV Pack is compatible.
  3. The validity period of this MOOV Pack is one month from the date of your initial activation or subsequent subscription (as the case may be).
  4. If the auto-renewal function under this MOOV Pack is activated on your device, the MOOV Pack will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis upon expiry of the validation period until you turn off the auto-renewal function. The monthly charge payable will be automatically paid by your designated credit card.
  5. When your local data usage used in this MOOV Pack plus any other service packs under your Entertainment Pack reaches 100GB, you can continue to use the mobile data service without speed throttling. However, you will be allocated with less network resources for access subject to the prevailing network conditions and your service experiences may be affected.
  6. The content of the MOOV Service is only available for use in Hong Kong and cannot be used outside of Hong Kong.
  7. Video quality under this MOOV Pack depends on the quality of the signal received. Some locations might not have stable signal coverage, which could lead to reception problems. If this persists, please check your mobile data service or Wi-Fi settings.
  8. CSL Mobile Limited and MOOV HK disclaim all responsibility, liabilities, damage and losses arising from or in connection with any failure, delays, interruptions, failures, erosion, disruptions, restrictions and obligations derived from informational errors in connection with the MOOV Pack, the MOOV Service and any content and services provided thereunder and their delivery.
  9. CSL Mobile Limited and MOOV HK do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and timeliness of any content under the MOOV Service and their delivery. The risks of using and reliance on any content under the MOOV Service are solely on you and any user of the MOOV Service. You acknowledge that you use this MOOV Pack and the MOOV Service at your own risk, and neither CSL Mobile Limited nor MOOV HK will be liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance upon this MOOV Pack or the MOOV Service. The content under the MOOV Service does not constitute any opinion of CSL Mobile Limited or MOOV HK.
  10. You shall not, nor permit any other person, to sell, reproduce, copy, distribute, broadcast, transmit, re-transmit, modify nor exploit this MOOV Pack or the MOOV Service, nor any content thereunder by any means, nor reverse engineer any content consisting of downloadable software.
  11. All services and content under this MOOV Pack and the MOOV Service are only for your personal viewing and access only. You shall not, nor permit any other person, to show, play, use, access, nor view those services and content for any public or commercial purpose at any location.
  12. CSL Mobile Limited and MOOV HK reserve the right to edit, change, withdraw and/or withhold any content on MOOV Service at any time, without prior notice nor giving any reason.
  13. You shall be bound by such additional terms and conditions promulgated by CSL Mobile Limited or MOOV HK. We and MOOV HK may amend any provisions of this MOOV Pack Terms and Conditions and/or MOOV Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing an updated version on any Club Sim and/or MOOV websites or mobile app. By continuing to use MOOV Pack, you will be deemed to accept the updated MOOV Pack Terms and Conditions and/or MOOV Terms and Conditions, and be bound by them.

《Terms and Conditions for Club Sim users to waive the data usage of MOOV》

  1. MOOV Music Service (“MOOV”)and its content, the app, and the website are provided by MOOV (Hong Kong) Limited. The use of MOOV service and charge are subject to the MOOV terms and conditions (https://general.moov.hk/tnc/eventtnc.html).
  2. Starting from 17 November 2023, all users of the Club Sim service plan can enjoy waiving data usage and related charges incurred when streaming MOOV content on the MOOV app. However, the data waving does not include browsing, downloading, and updating the applications mentioned above. To avoid confusion, the data exemption does not apply from other websites (such as banner ads), or from any other websites targeted within the app mentioned above (such as third-party ads). The data usage derived from browsing or downloading content within the apps will be deducted from your Club Sim data service plan. If customers download and/or use the MOOV app overseas, they may need to pay additional roaming data charges.
  3. All programming on MOOV is limited to personal use only in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any public or commercial broadcasting is not allowed.
  4. MOOV music streaming quality depends on the customer's mobile device, service location, and network coverage and performance.
  5. CSL Mobile Limited is not a content provider and does not make any representations or warranties as to its quality. It also does not assume any responsibility for any matters arising from or related to it.
  6. These terms and conditions are based on the English version (if there is any Chinese version provided, it is for reference only).
  7. In case of any disputes, Club Sim reserve the right to make the final decision.
