《Now E – Movie Rental Service $32 Voucher Terms and conditions》

1. The “Now E – Movie Rental Service $32 Voucher (one voucher)” (“The Voucher”) is an Entertainment Pack service from Club Sim provided by CSL Mobile Limited (CSL). The service / application (“Service”) and its content are supplied by other service provider(s). By downloading, installing, subscribing to and/or accessing the Pack and the Service (through the relevant application and website), you agree to be bound by all Terms and Conditions applicable to the Pack and the Service, including these “Now E - Movie Rental Service $32 Voucher (one voucher)” Terms and Conditions, the “Club Sim General Terms and Conditions” (please see: www.clubsim.com.hk ) and other relevant Terms and Conditions governing the service, as well as the relevant application and the website provided by PCCW Media Limited and/or its affiliates (collectively “PCCW Media Group”) .
2. In order to use The Voucher with Now E, please download the Club Sim and Now E mobile application (the “Application”) to your mobile phone or tablet; or visit the Now E website at www.nowe.com (the “Website”) to register for a Now E account, then enter your promotion code. You must be at least 18 years old to register for a Now E account and must have read and accepted the Now E Terms and Conditions (https://www.nowe.com/tnc/service). The Application and Website can only be used on smart phones (iOS version 11 or newer, Android version 8 or newer), tablets (iOS version 11 or newer, Android version 8 or newer), or personal computers (web browser: Chrome and Safari). Please refer to www.nowe.com for the latest requirements for supported devices.
3. You must redeem the promotion code on or before December 31, 2023, failing which it will expire. The Voucher will terminate automatically at 23:59:59 on December 31, 2023. After activating the promotion code, you can select one movie from Now E - $32 series movies within 30 days. You have 48 hours to enjoy the selected movie once you started watching (unless otherwise stated).
4. Each promotion code can be redeemed one time only and will be displayed on your Club Sim application for one month. Within 30 days from your purchase of this voucher, local data will be waived when watching contents via use of The Voucher (must use the Club Sim that subscribes this service)
5. You need to download the Now E application to your mobile phone or tablet, or visit the Now E website to register for a Now E account, and enter the promotion code in order to obtain The Voucher.
6. Now E, the Application and the Website are provided by PCCW; while the content on Now E is provided by PCCW and its licensors. Use of Now E, the Application and Website is subject to the Terms and Conditions as dictated by Now E (available at https://nowe.com/tnc/service).
7. The Pack and Service can be used only in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Content is for your private use and must not be shown or exhibited for any public or commercial purposes.
8. Service quality depends on the quality of the signal received, internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, and device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors. We are not responsible or liable for the quality, nature, accuracy and usefulness of the content of the Service in any way.
9. You shall not, nor permit any other person, to sell, reproduce, copy, distribute, broadcast, transmit, re-transmit, modify nor exploit the Pack or the Service, or any content thereunder by any means, nor reverse engineer any content consisting of downloadable software.
10. You shall be bound by such additional Terms and Conditions promulgated by CSL Mobile Limited (CSL) or PCCW Media Limited. We and PCCW Media Limited may amend any provisions which are applicable to the Pack at any time by publishing an updated version of the relevant provisions on any Club Sim or Now E website and/or Now E mobile app. By continuing to use the Pack, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated provisions, and agreed be bound by them. 11. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over the Chinese version which is provided for information purposes only.
12. In the event of any disputes, decisions made by CSL Mobile Limited (CSL) and PCCW Media Limited shall be final and binding.
