<Voice Call Pack Terms and Conditions>

1. This Voice Call Pack is one of the service packs under the Communication Pack available on Club SIM, a service provided by us,  CSL Mobile Limited.  By downloading, installing, subscribing to and/or accessing the Voice Call Pack, you agree to be bound by the “Club SIM General Terms and Conditions” (please see: www.clubsim.com.hk) and these Terms and Conditions. 

2. The fees payable under this Voice Call Pack is subject to change from time to time and you will be charged the fee prevailing at the time of your subscription.

3. The validation period of this Voice Call Pack is one (1) month from the date of your subscription.

4. If the auto-renewal function under this Voice Call Pack is activated, the Voice Call Pack will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis upon expiry of the validation period until you terminate the auto-renewal function.  The monthly charge payable will be automatically paid by your designated credit card.

5. Voice Call Pack includes unlimited local voice call and value-added services such as call forwarding, call hold, conference call, caller ID and call waiting.

6. You shall be bound by such additional terms and conditions promulgated by us in relation to Voice Call Pack.  We may amend any provisions of these “Voice Call Pack Terms and Conditions” and the “Club SIM General Terms and Conditions” at any time by publishing an updated version on any Club SIM or its affiliates’ websites or mobile app.  By continuing to use the Voice Call Pack, you will be deemed to accept the updated “Voice Call Pack Terms and Conditions” and/or the “Club SIM General Terms and Conditions”, and be bound by them.

7. We reserve the right to make the final and binding decision in case of any dispute in connection to Voice Call Pack.

< Short Message Pack Terms and Conditions>

1. This Short Message Pack is one of the service packs under the Communication Pack available on Club Sim, a service provided by us, CSL Mobile Limited. By downloading, installing, subscribing to and/or accessing the Short Message Pack, you agree to be bound by the “Club Sim General Terms and Conditions” (please see: www.clubsim.com.hk) and this Terms and Conditions.
2. Short Message Pack is for use in Hong Kong only. The validation period of this Short Message Pack is one (1) month from the date of your subscription.
3. You need to subscribed short message pack and the charged in accordance to the fee payable under the prevailing price of each SMS. Inter-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of other Hong Kong networks. International SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of overseas networks. The charge for each Intra-network SMS is $0.3 and the charge for each Inter-network SMS is $0.6 per; $3 per International SMS. Each SMS holds 160 English or 70 non-English characters, including spaces and punctuation marks. If the SMS contains both English and non-English characters, the limit of 70 characters shall apply. If your message exceeds this limitation, it will be transmitted in form of multiple SMS and each SMS will be charged.
4. You shall be bound by such additional terms and conditions promulgated by us in relation to Short Message Pack. We may amend any provisions of these “Short Message Pack Terms and Conditions” and the “Club Sim General Terms and Conditions” at any time by publishing an updated version on any Club Sim or its affiliates’ websites or mobile app. By continuing to use the Short Message Pack, you will be deemed to accept the updated “Short Message Pack Terms and Conditions” and/or the “Club Sim General Terms and Conditions”, and be bound by them.
